Hi, I’m Stacy Leitner. Let’s get acquainted.
Stacy Leitner is the Co-Founder and Owner of Admin to Admin. As an entrepreneur and business owner, she has provided educational and training programs for administrative professionals for over a decade.
Stacy is a Senior Executive Assistant and City Clerk. Stacy joined the City of Rancho Cordova as employee #13 shortly after their incorporation in 2003. Since that time, she has served in dual roles as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and City Clerk. She has enjoyed an incredible journey helping to build a new city.
Stacy is a college instructor. With more than 25 years of college teaching experience, Stacy has taught business, computer applications, and career development courses at four different colleges. In fact, more than 25,000 students worldwide have enrolled in her on-campus and online college classes. Currently, Stacy teaches at Butte College and BYU-Idaho. Yet, one of Stacy’s favorite teaching requests came during the pandemic when she was asked to create and develop three online high school business courses. These courses are currently used in high schools throughout North America today.
Stacy has been recognized nationally and internationally. Over the years, Stacy has been recognized by the Cordova Community Council, California Business Education Association, and Heald College for her contributions to education. In 2012, Stacy was selected as the Office Team Administrative Professional of the Year.
Stacy has served in voluntary and leadership roles in associations. Some of Stacy’s favorite contributions have supported associations such as the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), The American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP), California Business Education Association (CBEA), and Western Business Education Association (WBEA).
Stacy is a continuous learner. Since earning two Associate Degrees in Social and Behavioral Science and University Studies from Butte College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Boise State University, she has continued to support her passion for life-long learning through personal and professional development and acquiring certifications. Stacy earned the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation through the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), she is a Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) through the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC), she has earned numerous Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications through Certiport @ Pearson Education, and she is a DISC Certified Trainer.
At the end of the day, Stacy is her parents’ daughter, a pretty cool big sister, and a true inspiration. She will inspire you to honor your capacity and reach your potential. Stacy enjoys spending time with family and friends, pedaling her Peloton, playing the piano, reading outdoors in the sunshine, staying up late, and traveling the globe.
The best thing about Stacy’s life is each day she gets the opportunity to help others, and she loves that!
