Hi, I’m Stacy Leitner. Let’s get acquainted.

Stacy is a driven and inspiring professional who channels her passion for excellence into every aspect of her career. With a deep commitment to growth and lifelong learning, she not only advances her own path but she also lifts other administrative professionals to new heights.
As one of the Co-Founders of Admin to Admin, she has spent over a decade empowering administrative professionals with exceptional training, coaching, and educational programs.
By day, she’s an Executive Assistant to the CEO and City Clerk for a municipality in California, where she’s been instrumental in building a new city—literally! Hired as employee #13, she’s dedicated over 21 years to shaping local government operations.
A seasoned college instructor, Stacy has shared her expertise worldwide in business, technology, and career development courses for 25+ years and currently teaches at two colleges. Fun fact: she even created three high school online business courses that are now shaping future leaders across North America.
Her passion and impact haven’t gone unnoticed—Stacy has been recognized nationally and internationally for her outstanding career contributions. From the Office Team Administrative Professional of the Year award to honors from the Cordova Community Council and beyond, she’s a true visionary.
Stacy is a lifelong learner, holding two Associate Degrees from Butte College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University, and a Master’s Degree in Education from Boise State University. She’s also a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC), and DISC Certified Trainer and has earned numerous Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications—because lifelong learning is kind of her thing. What’s she working on next? Just ask her!
When she’s not working, you’ll find Stacy with her family, spreading acts of kindness, crushing Peloton workouts, playing the piano, soaking up the sunshine with a non-fiction book, staying up late (because why not?), and traveling the world. At the core, she is a dedicated daughter, an awesome big sister, and an inspiring mentor who helps others reach their full potential. The best part of her journey? Making a difference every single day—and loving every minute of it!
